END OF THE SEASON NIT

JULY 25-26, 2026
The End of the Season NIT is intended for rec/league teams.

No travel/all-star teams that plan to participate in a sanctioned state tournament. Some examples of a sanctioned state tournament are below. This is to help keep a level playing field for all teams participating.

Tournament Info:

  • Ages: 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, & 16/18U (separate age brackets)
  • Entry Fee: 8-10U $150; 12-16/18u $200.00
  • Games: 3-game guarantee (weather permitting)

SCHEDULES & BRACKETS

  • Tournament brackets will be sent to coaches/managers and posted on EventConnect once available.
  • All games will be played on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Tournament brackets will be sent to coaches and managers and posted on EventConnect as soon as they are available. They are typically released 10–14 days prior to the tournament.

ADDITIONAL INFO

  • $5 single-day pass
  • $10 full-tournament pass
  • Coaches, players, and children 12 & under are free
  • No outside food or beverages permitted.
  • Each team must supply one new softball per game.

  • Registration Opens: July 1, 2025
  • Registration Deadline: July 9, 2026, or until the division reaches capacity.

REFUND POLICY

If the tournament is canceled due to weather before play begins, teams will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.

If cancellation occurs after play has started, refunds will follow this schedule:

  • 0 games played: 100% refund minus $50 admin fee
  • 1 game played: 50% refund minus $50 admin fee
  • 2 or more games played: No refund

Any game that has started counts as a full game for refund purposes.

Once brackets are finalized, a $50 administrative fee will apply if a team withdraws or requests a division change. No refunds will be issued for withdrawals within 7 days of the tournament start date.
