TEAM MANAGERS
Serving as a team manager for Fargo Youth Baseball is an essential role that keeps the team organized and running smoothly behind the scenes. Team managers serve as the key point of communication between coaches, players, and families, while also handling logistics such as uniforms, scheduling, and team events.
This role requires strong organization, clear communication, and reliability, along with a genuine passion for supporting young athletes. Team managers play a big part in creating a positive, well-organized experience that allows players and coaches to focus on the game and enjoy the season both on and off the field.
