There are no playoffs for ages 5–9U, and scores do not need to be reported.

The playoff schedule will be released approximately two weeks before the playoffs begin.

Standings & Eligibility

  • Games after July 4 will not count, allowing time to coordinate with families, parks, umpires, and staff.
  • Playoff dates will not appear on the original schedule. A playoff bracket will be released via Exposure Events and shared with all participants. Game times will closely follow the regular league schedule.

Submitting Game Scores

  • Email scores@fargoareasports.com after your games. Scores cannot be submitted via Sports Connect.
  • Both teams should submit the game score. Brackets on Exposure Events will be updated the following morning.

Home/Away Team

  • The higher seed will be the home team. Seed numbers are displayed next to team names in the schedule.
  • Ignore the Home/Away option in Exposure; it may be incorrect.

General Rules

  • All regular season RRVL rules will be enforced unless otherwise noted.
  • Time Limit: Time limits are enforced unless the game is tied. If tied after regulation or time limit, the “California” tie-breaker will be used: the last out from the previous inning starts on 2nd base with 1 out, continuing until a winner is declared.
  • Infield/Outfield (IO) Practice: No IO practice before playoff games.
  • Pitch Counts: Managers are responsible for tracking pitch counts, adhering to limits and rest days. The league office may request pitch count reports at any time.
