League Rules & Regulations
- Divisions 5–12: Play will follow Little League International rules and regulations, with a few league-specific exceptions. Details can be found in the documents linked below.
- Divisions 13–15: Play will follow Babe Ruth League rules and regulations, also with some league-specific exceptions outlined in the linked document.
Important: Rules may change from year to year, and differences exist as players move between age groups. Be sure to review the rules annually, as updates or modifications may have been made since the previous season.
BAT RULES
Ages 5–13U
- Non-wood and laminated bats must have the USA Baseball logo sticker, showing that the bat meets the USABat – USA Baseball Youth Bat Performance Standard.
- Any bat without this sticker is illegal and cannot be used.
- BPF 1.15 bats are prohibited.
- Maximum barrel diameter: 2⅝ inches.
Little League / Cal Ripken (12 & Under)
- USA Baseball marked
- 2⅝" barrel maximum
- No BBCOR bats allowed
Ages 13U (Babe Ruth)
- USA Baseball marked
- BBCOR .50 approved
- 2⅝" barrel
Ages 14–15U
- Starting 2026, USSSA bats are allowed in addition to USA Baseball bats.
- Only permitted for 14/15U – USSSA bats are NOT allowed in any other age division, unless specifically stated.
- Maximum barrel diameter: 2⅝" or 2¾" (big barrel bats).
Allowed Bats:
- Big Barrel Bats (2⅝" or 2¾")
- Must be USSSA or USA marked, or
- Qualified BBCOR bat, or
- Wood
- Small Barrel Bats (2¼" or less)
- Must be USSSA or USA marked, or
- Wood
